Rates and Policies
The room can be configured in a multitude of styles, including banquet, board meeting, and classroom seating- with both round and rectangular tables,
we'll find a seating arrangement that works best for your event.
$150 for 3 hours
$50 per hour after the 3 hour minimum
Room rental rate includes your set up and clean up time
Room rental is due at time of booking
You may order from the corporate, thematic, or wedding menus off the Doorstep Diner Catering Website. If catering exceeds $800 the room charge will be waived.
Those wishing to bring in their own food and non-alcoholic beverages may do so at an additional charge of $250.00
IF you are hosting a private event you may bring in your own alcoholic beverages
Non-Alcholic Drinks Must Be Provided by Doorstep Diner include: Coffee $2.00 per person, Iced Tea or Lemonade and Water are complimentary.
Make the space your own! Hosting a tea? Birthday Party? Whatever your event is please feel free to bring in decorations. We do not allow decorative items to be attached to the walls. Glitter and confetti cannot be used. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for removal of glitter or repainting/patching of walls.
